Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three months cash handling experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Must obtain and maintain Virginia Racing Commission License.

Responsibilities

• Perform all transactions presented and act as guest contact and data entry clerk for Players Card database.
• Verifications on money, coins, checks; cashing and voucher redemptions.
• Support roles as Mutuel Teller or Count Room Attendant as needed.
• Safeguard assets; adhere to policies, regulations, and Responsible Gaming Plan.
• Balance funds; monitor for fraud and report discrepancies; finalize reconciliations.
• Execute guest loyalty and direct marketing programs; assist in databasing and reporting.
