Job summary

Live! Casino Virginia is seeking an Executive Host to increase rated play and drive VIP revenues. You will grow market share and serve as the primary contact for VIP guests, coordinating on-property hosting and outbound communications to drive repeat visits.

The role requires 3–5 years in marketing, sales, or gaming, a four-year degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to obtain Virginia Gaming Control Board licensure. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or gaming.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to secure Virginia Gaming Control Board licensure or equivalent regulatory approval.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call rotation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced casino environment with high guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Increase rated play and drive incremental revenue from VIP players.
• Grow market share and be the main contact for VIP guests and repeat visits.
• Coordinate outbound sales efforts via telemarketing, direct mail, and email.
• Host VIPs at on-property events and monitor competitive activity.
• Ensure quality gaming experiences by delivering personalized services and addressing guest needs.
