Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a VIP Sales Representative in Oak Grove, Kentucky to develop and coordinate programs that attract VIP players and host guests to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat visits.

The role requires building strong relationships, handling guest requests, and organizing events while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced gaming environment. A 1–2 year casino background and knowledge of OASIS and Microsoft tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ casino experience preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of OASIS Player Tracking System and Microsoft Products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate programs to attract VIP players and host guests to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Manage guest requests and own issues, resolving them quickly and following up.
• Inform guests of events and promotions through all channels of communication.
• Organize and execute special events and participate in telemarketing to confirm attendance.
• Award complimentary gifts/tickets based on gaming activity and program guidelines.
• Spend long periods on the phone during shifts as needed.
• Join VIP Host on duty rotation and assist other departments with guest issues.
