Job summary

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company in the United States is seeking an Export Traffic Reefer Client Support Specialist to manage data for international shipments of temperature-controlled reefers and to support the end-to-end export process.

This on-site role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), advanced English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while coordinating with clients, forwarders, and MSC departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics helpful.
• On-site presence five days a week required.

Responsibilities

• Manage data for international shipments using reefers equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and internal MSC teams.
• Execute all steps to process export shipment reservations.
• Monitor bookings to match client requests and deadlines.
• Resolve issues and escalate to supervisor when needed.
