Insomniac is seeking a Project Manager, Elevated Experiences to plan and execute VIP elements across multiple festivals. You will coordinate furniture rentals, site advances, credentialing, and cross-department collaboration to deliver a seamless guest experience.

You must excel in organized, fast-paced environments, travel as needed, and communicate effectively with production and VIP teams. This role is based in California and involves on-site work during events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management for live events or experiential activations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple shows.
• Clear communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with proactive troubleshooting in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all furniture rentals for Elevated Experiences, including sourcing and delivery timelines.
• Oversee Warehouse Pull Sheets for inventory readiness pre-show.
• Maintain the All-Info document across departments.
• Manage the department's Purchase Tracker and budget alignment.
• Assist with site advancing, mapping needs, vendor coordination, signage plans, and on-site build.
• Support credential advancing, including ticketing and access levels.
• Collaborate with VIP managers, creative, logistics, and production to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Provide on-site managerial support during load-in, shows, and load-out.
• Improve processes and documentation for consistency.
