Job summary

Insomniac, a Live Nation Entertainment company, seeks a VIP Activations team member for our festival circuit. You will engage Headliners, run arts and crafts, food/beverage stations, scavenger hunts and charitable giveaways, adapting to a diverse set of tasks.

You should be energetic, social, and ready to communicate activations enthusiastically; experience with large events and travel is required. You will help setup VIP areas, maintain a clean workspace, and excite attendees throughout the

Qualifications

• Experience with events hosting 5,000+ attendees.
• Proactive, creative thinker with quick problem solving.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends and travel as needed.
• Personable and enthusiastic, able to work well in groups.

Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge of all VIP activations and offerings, be able to communicate enthusiastically and informatively about them
• Knowledge of general festival information (hours, stage names, artists, medic tent location, ATM, water station, etc.)
• Assist in set up of VIP area before doors open, and maintain a clean workspace
• Creative and flexible with various tasks, and willing to get Headliners excited about activations
