Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for VIP and high-profile guests, delivering discreet, intuitive service.
• Greet guests on arrival and assist with VIP check-in/check-out.
• Anticipate guest needs through proactive communication and attention to detail.
• Curate bespoke itineraries aligned with wellbeing, sustainability, and modern luxury.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, spa, dining, and local attractions.
• Foster long-term relationships with returning guests and maintain preference profiles.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B, and Spa to ensure flawless VIP experiences.
• Monitor VIP guest feedback and drive continuous improvements to service delivery.
