Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience selling to high-end VIP clients is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities are essential.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication is needed.
• Ability to diffuse volatile situations with tact and diplomacy is required.
• Candidate must have a flexible schedule to cover events.
• Knowledge of VIP/nightclub operations or high-end guest relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell VIP upgrades and premium seating to concert patrons on show nights.
• Handle sales from pitch through payment processing and fulfillment.
• Check in and escort VIP clients to ensure a premium experience.
• Recognize Foundation Members and VIP clients to show appreciation.
• Build relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients.
• Maintain CRM records for VIP client base and coordinate event operations.
• Execute nightly VIP setup, including seating, personalization, and area signage.
• Maintain professional grooming and adapt communication to the audience.
• Occasionally work special events scheduled at the venue.
