Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Indianapolis seeks a VIP Host to deliver highly personalized service to upgraded seating guests. You will work on show nights in the Music Hall, maintaining constant communication with staff and clients to ensure an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include explaining the VIP seating program, troubleshooting issues, managing the reservation spreadsheet, and discreetly recognizing season seat holders and VIP clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification.
• Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.
• Knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and seating procedures.
• Strong diplomacy, multitasking, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide VIP guest service in Music Hall on show nights.
• Explain VIP seating program to upgrade guest experience.
• Troubleshoot program issues and escalate to management.
• Serve as information resource for VIP clients.
• Manage nightlife social media pages.
• Manage and execute reservation spreadsheet.
• Recognize Season seat holders, Live Nation executives and VIP clients.
• Observe VIP seating areas and conduct table touches.
• Maintain grooming standards.
• Occasionally work Special Events.
• Stay articulate and adapt to current audience.
