Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Dallas is seeking a VIP Host to sell upgrades, check in guests, and ensure a premium experience during events. You will handle pitch, payment, and fulfillment of VIP products, escort guests, and coordinate with venue operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience with high-end guest relations, diplomacy, and the ability to stay composed in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in selling to high-end, VIP clients or hospitality preferred.
Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills; able to diffuse tense situations.

Responsibilities

Sell VIP upgrades and experiences to concert patrons on show nights.
Handle pitch, payment processing, and fulfillment of premium products.
Check in, escort, and assist VIP clients throughout the venue for a premium experience.
Anticipate VIP client needs and maintain guest satisfaction.
Build relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients.
Coordinate operations with venue staff to ensure premium experiences.
Maintain VIP setup, seating areas, and area signage as needed.
Maintain professional grooming and appropriate demeanor at all times.
