Job summary

Millennium Management LLC is seeking an experienced VIP/executive IT support specialist to serve as the primary contact for executive technology needs across the office, home office, and travel environments. This role is based onsite in Midtown Manhattan and involves supporting premium executives with high-touch technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of VIP or executive support, trading floor support, or desktop engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS environments.
• Experience using AI platforms to support research, automation, and documentation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms and conference room tech.
• Experience with Intune and BlackBerry MDM, plus basic networking knowledge.
• Experience supporting Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, and other financial apps.
• Outstanding communication, professionalism, and judgment; onsite in Midtown Manhattan; on-call rotation; adaptable to fast-moving needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for executive technology support across office, home office, and travel environments.
• Own executive meeting readiness, including VC/AV setup for Zoom, Webex, boardrooms, webcasts and town halls.
• Manage and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
• Support core productivity and identity tools: O365, Exchange, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, MFA, SSO, Webex, Zoom.
• Support key financial apps such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon; coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Proactively monitor endpoints and work with engineering to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain executive spares, travel kits, loaner equipment; manage replacements and warranty logistics.
• Document fixes, runbooks, and SLAs; contribute to on-call support for time-sensitive events.
