Job summary

Millennium is seeking an Executive Technology Support professional to provide high-touch IT support for senior leaders across the office, home office, and travel environments.

You will manage laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and executive peripherals across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, and you will support core tools such as O365, Exchange, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for executive technology support across the office, home office, and travel environments.
• Own executive meeting readiness, including VC/AV setup for Zoom, Webex, boardrooms, webcasts, and town halls.
• Manage and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and executive peripherals across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Support core productivity and identity tools including O365, Exchange, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint.
