Job summary

Millennium is seeking an experienced IT professional to deliver day-to-day technology support for the CEO’s administrative team in Midtown Manhattan. You will act as the primary technical advisor, coordinating with assistants and the EVIP team to ensure meeting readiness and smooth execution across Zoom, Webex, and boardrooms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of VIP or executive support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 11, iOS, and macOS environments.
• Experience using AI platforms to support research, automation, and documentation workflows.
• Onsite in Midtown Manhattan; on-call rotation and support after-hours events.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technology support for the CEO’s administrative team, primary contact and escalation lead across office, home office, travel, and offsite environments.
• Collaborate with CEO’s assistants to understand schedules and event requirements, translating them into clear support plans.
• Ensure executive meeting readiness with VC/AV setup for Zoom, Webex, boardrooms, and town halls; rapid onsite troubleshooting.
• Coordinate across technology teams to manage projects, upgrades and service updates with clear stakeholder communication.
• Support core productivity and identity platforms including O365, Exchange, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, MFA, SSO, Webex and Zoom.
• Support financial services applications such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv Eikon; coordinate escalations with vendors.
• Proactively monitor critical endpoints, calendars, and upcoming executive activities to prevent service disruption.
• Establish support procedures, escalation paths, runbooks, readiness checklists; track SLAs and high-impact incidents.
