Responsibilities

• Provide professional executive IT support via in-person, remote, or on-demand channels.
• Prepare technology for executive meetings, board events, and high-visibility engagements.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, VPN, and collaboration tools for VIP users.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendors to resolve escalated issues.
• Document root causes and drive improvements to reduce disruption.
