Success Academy Charter Schools seeks a Senior IT Executive Support Specialist to deliver high-touch technology support for the leadership team and key stakeholders. This role blends advanced technical expertise with discretion and strong emotional intelligence to ensure seamless experiences for executives.

You will troubleshoot across macOS, Windows, iOS, and enterprise apps, support AV systems, and maintain secure, compliant IT operations with after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise IT support for C-level executives or VIP stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot across macOS, Windows, iOS, Android with discretion.
• Strong communication and calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level support for executive hardware and software across platforms.
• Oversee boardroom meetings and hybrid conferences with AV and conferencing tools.
• Coordinate device provisioning and enforce security policies without disruption.
• Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and participate in on-call rotation.
