Huntington Bank seeks an Executive IT Support Specialist to deliver discreet, professional technology support to executive leadership and VIP stakeholders. You’ll manage laptops, mobile devices, conferencing gear, and collaboration tools across in-office and remote environments, ensuring secure, reliable technology for critical meetings and events.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, confidentiality, and excellent communication with senior leaders, plus the ability to handle urgent issues

Qualifications

• 1+ year in IT support, desktop support, or executive support.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or high-visibility stakeholders is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile OSes, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional executive technology support in person, remote, phone, and on-demand channels.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and conferencing systems.
• Support executive meetings, video conferences, and high-visibility events.
• Coordinate with IT teams to resolve complex issues and maintain security/compliance.
