Job summary

Huntington is seeking an Executive IT Support Specialist to deliver secure, discreet technology support for executive leadership, board members, and VIP stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in IT support or related function.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting executives and VIP stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.
• Certifications preferred as listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive technical support in-person, remote, phone, and on-demand channels.
• Respond to issues affecting executive productivity and meetings.
• Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and collaboration tools.
• Prepare technology for executive and board meetings, video conferences, and high-visibility events.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, VPN, authentication, and video conferencing issues.
• Coordinate with IT teams, facilities, and vendors to resolve escalated matters.
• Document root causes and recommend improvements to reduce disruption and improve experience.
• Maintain confidentiality, asset tracking, and accurate ticket documentation.
• Ensure devices remain secure, compliant, and aligned with standards.
• Represent IT as a trusted service partner with clear communication.
