You will engage guests with excellent hospitality, manage tickets for high-value players, and uphold service standards while supporting team initiatives and promotions in a lively gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in entertainment/guest service environments preferred.
• Ability to engage VIP guests and promote repeat business.
• Ability to work full-time and be on your feet for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with VIP guests to promote repeat business and grow the VIP base.
• Offer top tier players tickets to events and coordinate guest experiences.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and assist Marketing in promoting events; maintain safety and health standards.
