Blackstone is seeking a highly service-oriented Desktop Support Associate to provide white-glove technology support to senior executives and VIP users in a fast-paced financial services environment in New York. You will resolve issues, train users on new tools, and collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure secure, reliable access to systems and meeting technologies.

This role emphasizes discretion, exceptional client service, and proactive improvements to executive technology

Qualificações

Experience delivering white-glove IT support to C-suite or VIP users.
Strong communication and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and collaboration tools.
Ability to train users on new applications and devices.

Responsabilidades

Provide concierge-level technical support to senior executives and VIP users in office and remote settings.
Troubleshoot Windows devices, Office 365, mobile devices, and conferencing tech.
Monitor issues and ensure high service availability with proactive communication.
Partner with Infrastructure, Security, and UC teams to resolve escalations quickly.
Document incidents and requests in ServiceNow and maintain SLAs.
