Job summary

BlackRock in New York, NY seeks an IT Support professional to provide 24x7 executive assistance for hardware, software, and endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. You will install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade end-user systems and collaborate with security, AV, and network teams to ensure high-level service.

The role requires multitasking, weekend on-call coverage, occasional travel, and familiarity with Cisco WebEx, Zoom, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, macOS, Office 365, Windows 10/11.
• Experience supporting executives in financial services or similar environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via email or phone.
• Escalate high-impact problems while remaining accountable.
• Provide application support on Windows, macOS, and Office 365.
• Support Dell/Apple hardware, laptops, printers, and video equipment.
• Collaborate with Exchange, Cyber Security, and Network teams.
• Write technical support documentation and share knowledge.
