Job summary
Excis is seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician in California to provide comprehensive hardware and software support for employees and new hires. The role encompasses IMAC activities, asset management, VIP and AV support, and travel up to 150 miles between offices, with mileage reimbursed.
The candidate should have 3–5 years of IT experience, proficiency in Windows and Mac, and be prepared for extended hours when needed. MCP/A+ preferred; valid driver’s license required.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years IT experience with desktop support background.
- Windows and Mac laptop/desktop support experience.
- MCP and/or CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required; own vehicle for inter-office travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide hardware and software support to employees and new hires.
- Image and install software on Windows and Apple laptops/desktops.
- Perform IMAC activities and provide remote support.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
- Coordinate hardware shipping, asset management, and data backup.
- Support Executive/VIP and AV requirements.
