Job summary

Excis, a global leader in enterprise IT support, seeks a Deskside Support Engineer L2 in Eunice, NM to deliver hands-on desktop and peripheral support for enterprise users, including VIPs, across Windows platforms and Microsoft 365 apps.

You will build and deploy PCs, image systems, manage incidents, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure reliable IT operations and exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, current and legacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Experience with imaging, Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Desktop and printer configuration and troubleshooting proficiency.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, including VIP users.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows platforms; build and deploy PCs.
• Patch network points; resolve printer and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT incidents and support IMAC activities.
• Use ticketing systems and remote tools to track resolution.
• Maintain site documentation and create knowledgebase articles.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors.
