Job summary

Excis is seeking an onsite Desktop Support Technician to deliver end-user support across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices. You will handle hardware deployment, imaging, and VIP assistance while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years IT experience, strong customer service, and solid troubleshooting skills. The role includes travel between offices and mileage reimbursement as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT experience in desktop support
• Proficiency with Windows and Macintosh platforms
• Experience imaging and deploying Windows 10

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Image and install software on Windows and Apple devices.
• Perform IMAC activities: Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes.
• Provide Executive/VIP Support with high professionalism and customer service.
• Troubleshoot networked printers and printing issues.
• Coordinate shipping, logistics for IT equipment.
