Bybit is seeking an enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join our VIP team for the Turkey region. You will be the primary contact for global VIP clients, driving engagement and loyalty while delivering elite service in a fast-moving crypto environment.

You will acquire and manage a portfolio, expand relationships through regular communication, and coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions. A strong background in financial services and familiarity with trading platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with trading platforms or exchanges is preferred.
• Prior sales/client services experience in international finance is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of global VIP clients.
• Build and expand relationships through regular communication.
• Develop customer service processes and track key accounts.
• Analyze client behavior and prepare reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders to deliver optimal service.
