Job summary

OKX is seeking a dedicated VIP Relationship Manager to join our Poland team, focusing on onboarding and retaining VIP clients across Europe. The role targets high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and pro trading desks, with emphasis on revenue growth and AUM expansion.

You will collaborate with product, legal, and ops teams to gather feedback, ensure compliant KYC/AML processes, and build long-lasting client relationships while representing the OKX brand across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in VIP business development and account management within crypto/fintech/trading/w wealth management.
• Fluent in English and Polish; additional CEE languages a plus.
• Track record of driving trading volume, AUM growth and high-value client onboarding/retention.
• Strong analytical skills for revenue optimization and product feedback loops.
• Deep familiarity with crypto products and trading platforms.
• Experience managing VIPs such as HNWIs, family offices, prop desks.

Responsibilities

• Drive trading volume and maximize AUM by onboarding and retaining VIP clients in the region.
• Formulate a revenue strategy aligned with European product offerings.
• Collaborate with product to gather client feedback and enhance features.
• Coordinate with local leadership on strategic direction and growth.
• Lead partnerships in Europe and negotiate with partners to expand revenue streams.
• Manage relationships with HNWIs across Europe, ensuring proactive account management.
• Foster long-term client relationships and secure referrals through cross-functional support.
• Oversee regulatory adherence, KYC/AML processes, and reporting.
• Represent OKX and educate clients on the full value proposition.
