Bybit is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to join the VIP team in Europe, serving as the primary point of contact for premier clients and driving loyalty and business growth across the region.

You will manage a portfolio of global VIP clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze client behavior, and implement service improvements to deliver exceptional experiences in fast-paced crypto markets.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-net-worth client management and institutional clients.
• Experience in trading platforms or exchanges is advantageous.
• Sales and client services experience with international financial backgrounds preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform client acquisition and manage a global VIP client portfolio.
• Build rapport and expand relationships through regular communication.
• Develop and optimize customer service processes and key account rules.
• Analyze client behavior and prepare key client analysis reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class service.
