Resorts World New York City is seeking a Casino Host to ensure VIP guests enjoy a superior gaming experience. You will manage comp issuance, attend events, and promote the Genting Rewards program while building strong customer relationships on and off property.

The role requires excellent English communication, a high school diploma, and hospitality experience. An incentive program is available, with opportunities to engage guests across the casino floor and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience as a casino host or related hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and markets to VIP patrons and assists with their needs.
• Monitor comp issuance based on player performance per the comp matrix.
• Attend player events on and off site and provide superior guest service.
• Promote Genting Rewards program and sign up replacement cards when possible.
• Promote rewards tiers and encourage plays to reach next tier.
• Develop new player relationships through networking and outreach.
• Sell promotions and events to qualified players by phone or in person.
• Represent the Company at events and promotions on or off property.
• Maintain consistent, professional engagement with guests and colleagues.
