MGM Resorts International is hiring a VIP Services Courier at Bellagio in Las Vegas to support VIP and Villa guests with errands, reservations, tickets, and concierge needs. This fast-paced role requires exceptional service and knowledge of local attractions.

You will assist with hotel check-in/check-out, coordinate with housekeeping for VIP arrival rooms, and manage guest requests with professionalism and care to ensure memorable WOW moments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in VIP services, front desk, or concierge.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide refined luxury service to VIP and Villa guests with errands, personal shopping, show tickets, reservations, entertainment, dining, and concierge requests.
• Assist VIP casino and hotel guests with check-in, check-out, and guest services.
• Own guest requests and complaints, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure VIP arrival rooms are cleaned and ready.
• Review guest bills with hosts during check-out.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.
