• Two years of prior relevant experience, preferably in hotel concierge services.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily concierge team operations, staffing, HR responsibilities, and guest service interactions.
• Enforce department and hotel standards to meet business goals.
• Foster teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, and employee satisfaction.
• Keep management informed of department information, report irregularities, and document issues.
• Perform administrative tasks, prepare reports, and assist guests when needed.
