Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and customer service with VIP guests.
• Ability to anticipate needs, manage preferences and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of Forbes 5-Star hospitality standards and luxury presentation.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate VIP arrivals and personalize guest experiences.
• Liaise with front desk, F&B and housekeeping to prep VIP services.
• Manage guest preferences and special requests discreetly.
• Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of all guest information.
