You will coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Room Service, and other outlets to anticipate needs and ensure total guest satisfaction.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests in a professional and pleasant manner and assist during their stay.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Room Service to fulfill guest needs.
• Take care of room guests and assist with luggage delivery and guest requests.
• Be knowledgeable about Room Service and other outlets; communicate with kitchen about menus.
• Update guest profiles with preferences and ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Perform check-ins / check-outs and manage room reservations and billing in hotel software.
