Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a VIP Ambassador to ensure exceptional, personalized service for high-profile guests from pre-arrival through departure. You will coordinate pre-arrival details, confirm room preferences, arrange transport, and liaise with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B to deliver a seamless 5-star experience.

Qualifications

High standard of verbal and written communication with VIP guests.
Excellent customer service with attention to detail and proactive guest care.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Coordinate pre-arrival services and guest profiling for VIPs.
Communicate with guests prior to arrival to confirm preferences and arrangements.
Liaise with front desk, housekeeping and F&B to ensure seamless VIP experiences.
Oversee VIP arrivals, transport, room readiness and amenities.
