Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a VIP Lounge Representative at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. You will greet VIP guests, handle registrations, and fulfill bespoke concierge requests to create memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of front desk/guest services experience, strong customer service, and must be 21+. This part-time role offers defined shifts, weekend/holiday availability, and benefits typical of MGM Resorts properties.

Qualifications

• HSC/GED or better; minimum education requirement listed.
• 1 year of front desk or concierge experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP guests and assist with check-in/check-out
• Address inquiries and fulfill bespoke concierge requests
• Process charges and credits; balance cash and transactions per policy
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
