Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale seeks an experienced VIP Guest Services professional to deliver personalized, high-touch service for elite guests. You will anticipate needs, coordinate across departments, and craft bespoke experiences that elevate each stay.

The role requires polished communication, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining impeccable standards. You will work closely with concierge, F&B, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless VIP moments.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hotel guest-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; discretion essential.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for VIP guests, ensuring arrivals, stays, and departures exceed expectations.
• Anticipate and fulfill VIP preferences including room setup and dining arrangements.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to coordinate seamless VIP services.
• Create and deliver unique experiences, bespoke amenities, and special surprises.
• Solicit and address guest feedback promptly to achieve satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles to enhance personalized service.
• Stay informed about trends to continually improve guest experiences.
• Manage room reservations, available accommodations, and rates.
• Handle multiple calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Conduct final VIP room inspections prior to guest arrival.
• Greet guests warmly and provide a thorough introduction to amenities.
• Assist with inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Provide personalized recommendations to enhance stays.
• Support additional tasks to ensure optimum guest service.
