Job summary

Qualifications

• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations and ability to work alone.
• 3 Years Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hotel management; proficiency with MS Office, Agilisys POS, and Opera Cloud PMS is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience at a similar level at a 5 star or full-service hotel; 3 to 5 years in F&B Service or housekeeping a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during their stay in a professional and pleasant manner.
• Coordinate with all departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
• Be knowledgeable about The Boca Raton services, menu, and housekeeping procedures.
• Update guest profiles and preferences in the hotel software.
• Assist Room Attendants and support Front Desk, Housekeeping and Room Service as needed.
• Perform check-ins/check-outs and verify/apply billing on the hotel software.
