Responsibilities

• Amenity and Experience Curation: review guest profiles, preferences, stay purpose, special occasions, VIP details, and service-recovery needs to curate thoughtful, distinctive amenities and experiences.
• Proactively develop surprise-and-delight concepts that reflect each guest’s occasion and stay.
• Assemble, personalize, stage, and coordinate the timing and placement of each amenity or experience.
• Verify quality, presentation, personalization, timing, and completeness before delivery.
• Inventory & Storeroom Management: maintain accurate inventory records, par levels, accountability for amenity supplies and equipment.
