Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado, seeks a dedicated Concierge to welcome guests, tailor activities to preferences, coordinate with departments, and ensure seamless check-in/out at a Five-Star, Five-Diamond hotel at the base of Aspen Mountain.

You will guide guests to local attractions, manage requests, assist with emergencies, and uphold safety standards while delivering personalized service in a fast-paced mountain setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year concierge or customer service experience required.
• Colorado Notary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and book activities for guests based on ability and interests.
• Check guests in or out of the hotel following procedures.
• Record guest complaints or problems and notify staff.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies and front desk/bell closet organization.
• Coordinate daily needs with other departments for all guests.
• Maintain cash bank and settle cash daily.
• Comply with policies for Concierge and Aspen One.
• Assist in emergencies and security procedures as directed by management.
• Complete tasks and assist other departments as needed by business volumes.
• Other duties as assigned.
