White Elephant Aspen is seeking a creative and hospitality-driven Experience Curator to bring the spirit of Aspen to life through thoughtful details and memorable guest experiences. You will curate luxurious amenities, oversee the pool experience, partner with our Concierge Team, and help guests discover the very best of Aspen with personalized itineraries and special touches.

• Experience in luxury hospitality or concierge role preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and presentation.
• Ability to craft personalized, memorable guest moments.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized guest experiences showcasing Aspen dining, skiing, outdoor recreation, arts, wellness, shopping, and seasonal events.
• Prepare and present custom amenities, including welcome gifts, floral arrangements, charcuterie boards, and seasonal touches.
• Curate and maintain the pool area, including water and sunscreen stations, towels and towel warmers, lounge chair presentation, and seasonal pool activations.
• Curate and maintain daily hospitality stations and guest-facing displays.
• Partner with Concierge to develop bespoke itineraries and special experiences.
• Create memorable touches for VIPs, repeat guests, celebrations, and special occasions.
• Build relationships with local restaurants, artisans, guides, vendors, and experience partners.
• Support Front Office and Guest Services with seamless, anticipatory service.

White Elephant Aspen is seeking a creative and hospitality-driven Experience Curator to bring the spirit of Aspen to life through thoughtful details, personalized service, and memorable guest experiences.

This unique role blends luxury hospitality, creativity, local expertise, and guest engagement. You’ll curate beautiful amenities and hospitality displays, oversee our pool experience, partner with our Concierge Team, and help guests discover the very best of Aspen.

Who We’re Looking For

You are creative, polished, personable, and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality. Knowledge of Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley is highly valued, and previous experience in luxury hotels, concierge, guest relations, events, food & beverage, or a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
