Job summary

UNC Charlotte Marriott is seeking a friendly Concierge Attendant for The M Club to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll greet guests, provide restaurant and city information, assist with reservations, and help create a welcoming, VIP atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• One year previous customer service related experience.
• Must be competent in oral and written English.
• Must have high school graduate level mathematical aptitude and knowledge of safe food handling processes.
• Ability to read and handle paperwork processing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain continental breakfast buffet, honor bar and hors d'oeuvres.
• Provide information and assist guests concerning restaurants, entertainment, transportation, and reservations.
• Serve VIP guests with attention to detail and courtesy.
• Greet guests, assist with service, and replenish beverages as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of club and dining areas.
