Oak View Group is seeking a part-time Naimsith Club Concierge to enhance the Member Experience. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with reservations, and coordinate services to create Magic Moments for club members before, during, and after visits.

The role includes keeping the lobby area inviting, informing members about events, and supporting clubs’ communications. Part-time schedule offers stable benefits and reflective career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Proactive, guest-focused attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct Members and Guests to their destinations within the club, providing concierge services and creating Magic Moments.
• Inform members and guests of club services, features, events, room locations, and amenities both in person and by phone.
• Assist members with reservations and scheduling for club programs and services according to club standards.
• Maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas and manage reservations.
• Ensure supplies for Members/Guests are stocked and readily available.
• Handle business services requests (faxing, copying, mailing) from start to finish.
• Assist Member Experience initiatives such as the Club Newsletter.
• Manage the website calendar and project communications to promote announcements.
• Provide consistent Member Services at the Club, keeping materials current.
