Job summary

Invited Clubs in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Host to warmly greet and seat members and guests, setting a positive tone at the start of every visit. You will uphold Invited hospitality standards, manage the host podium, and assist with member services as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior service or hospitality experience, with strong communication and confidentiality. You will stand for long periods, work weekends or holidays, and contribute to a welcoming club experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the service or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive member information with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name and seat them with attention to their needs.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold service standards.
• Keep the host podium organized and close out the podium at the end of each shift.
• Assist service staff and support club operations as needed.
• Handle inquiries professionally and communicate effectively with members.
