HVMG is seeking an energetic M-Club Attendant to deliver outstanding service in our M-Club lounge. You will take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages relaxation and enjoyment.

The ideal candidate is attentive, knowledgeable about menu offerings, and passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to read product labels and communicate with guests.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, warm demeanor reflecting company culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service in the M-Club lounge.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean lounge.
• Report to the Lounge Supervisor or Beverage Manager.
