You will lead the Player Development team, build a VIP-focused sales culture, manage budgets, and supervise VIP hosts, with emphasis on data integrity, compliance and recruiting top talent.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Directs the development of strategic and annual business plans to increase VIP revenue from multiple sales channels.
• Implement and execute business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Create a sales culture and environment that promotes customer trips and VIP gross gaming revenues.
• Supervise and develop the Player Development Department and its staff.
• Manage budgets, controls expenses, and monitor performance against plan.
• Recruit and train new hosts to ensure success.
