Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Casino Marketing Ambassador to build relationships with guests, identify opportunities to boost loyalty, and support the Player Development strategy.

You will engage guests across the casino floor, focusing on high-value players, and collaborate with Host teams to convert leads into lasting relationships. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, hospitality, marketing, casino operations, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of direct guest-facing experience.
• Experience engaging VIP guests or loyalty program members preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with casino guests, focusing on high-value players.
• Interact with guests across the casino floor to engage emerging VIP customers.
• Collaborate with Player Development and Host teams to convert leads into long-term relationships.
• Represent Live! at the High Limits Podium to deliver elevated guest service.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals/check-ins with Hotel Operations and other departments.
