Job summary

Red Hawk Resort + Casino is seeking a Casino Host who delivers exceptional guest service on the casino floor and cultivates relationships with high-value players to drive revenue. You will manage guest inquiries, coordinate accommodations, and upsell promotions while supporting multiple departments.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s in marketing or gaming field preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in sales, customer service, casino host or marketing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be a self-starter, motivated, professional, versatile and responsible.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on the casino floor and deliver excellent guest service.
• Build relationships with high-value players to generate revenue.
• Address guest issues, concerns and complaints.
• Respond swiftly to high-value guest requests and follow up.
• Assist other departments including Credit/Cage, Rewards Club, Table Games, Slots and F&B.
• Provide complimentary offers to venues based on guidelines.
• Coordinate accommodations and transport with partner hotels.
• Update guest contact information regularly.
• Upsell current in-house promotions to qualifying guests.
• Identify qualifying guests and authorize promotion to higher tier status.
• Analyze mailer offers to meet guest satisfaction criteria.
• Conduct weekly telemarketing to inactive guests to drive revenue.
• Meet daily contact quotas set by Player Development management.
• Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to the group.
