Job summary

Red Hawk Casino is seeking a Customer Service Associate to anticipate guest needs and deliver outstanding service in a fun casino environment. You will greet guests, operate POS systems, handle cash, and assist with payments and vouchers while upholding high standards of guest satisfaction.

Successful candidates will be friendly, adaptable and able to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends. Prior guest service experience is preferred and important safety guidelines will be observed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior guest service and cash handling experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Operate scanners, registers and POS systems.
• Count money in cash drawer at shift start; ensure accuracy.
• Process payments via cash, credit, or vouchers and issue receipts or change.
• Receive payments and issue credits as needed.
• Scan coupons and passes in the POS system.
• Verify guest IDs and maintain safety guidelines.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow uniform guidelines.
• Perform opening, running and closing duties as assigned.
