Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Gaming Registration.
• Must be professional and maintain confidentiality to surveillance operations and activities.
• Two plus years of experience preferred.
• Exercise general responsibilities necessary to minimize operation cost and maximize operational profits.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and recognize frequent Guests, guiding them to information about Hosts and contact options.
• Explain promotions, programs, and current giveaways to Guests.
• Explain benefits of using a player’s card and encourage participation.
• Develop and implement new promotions and improve guest service and VIP relationships.
• Possess discretion and confidentiality regarding surveillance and operations.
