Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to obtain Gaming Registration.
• Must be professional and maintain confidentiality to surveillance operations and activities.
• Two plus years of experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work quickly and accurately under high stress situations.
• Exercise general responsibilities necessary to minimize operation cost and maximize operational profits.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and recognize frequent Guests; provide contact information for Hosts.
• Explain promotions, programs, giveaways, and player card benefits.
• Develop and implement new promotions; cultivate VIP relationships.
• Maintain and cultivate relationships with VIP Guests.
• Ability to approve credit and manage reinvestments in Guests.
• Acquire new and inactive business.
