Qualifications

• Experience in guest services in fast-paced or high-stress environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, team members and management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality around surveillance operations and activities.
• Two+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and recognize frequent guests, directing them to the appropriate host contact.
• Explain promotions, programs, and current giveaways to guests.
• Describe guest benefits and privileges of using a player’s card.
• Develop and implement new promotions to improve guest service and loyalty.
• Build and cultivate relationships with VIP guests and gaming patrons.
• Assist in approving credit and reinvestments as needed and manage guest visits.
