Job summary

The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower in Las Vegas is seeking an Executive Casino Host to build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, driving guest loyalty and gaming revenue. You will provide personalized service, attract and retain premium players, and ensure compliance with hospitality standards.

Essential duties include coordinating VIP reservations and amenities, proactive outreach to develop new players, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of promotions and events to inform

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of casino host or player development experience.
At least 4 years of customer service experience in high-end hospitality or gaming.
Ability to manage multiple guests' needs simultaneously.
Ability to access and input information using casino marketing systems such as CMS and LMS.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with high-value guests to drive loyalty and revenue.
Coordinate VIP reservations, accommodations, transportation, and comps for a seamless guest experience.
Promote loyalty club enrollment and engage new and former guests across various channels.
Maintain knowledge of promotions, events, and amenities to inform guests and ensure compliance with policies.
